This exercise I had found when lying on right side and did exercise with jaws right and left. At first, when I started doing this exercise during training was hurt the lower or inner part cartilage of the ear. Then the pain had gone.  But it's really a sick transverse (obliques) muscles.
Now is not even enough light pushing the cartilage of the ear, it is necessary to keep with two fingers and press with an effort.

Take a time, do this exercise, apart from the other, within an hour, do it slowly do not hurry up. Do it In week 3-4 times. Depending on muscles capabilities. Do it watching the film in the pirate glasses.
