I want to do the surgery, tired of going to the glasses and lenses, but I am 47 . Vision -4.5 both eyes.
I've heard that after the surgery at this age can develop long-sightedness, which is extremely undesirable / work with documents /. Advise please should  I doing a correction or leave as it?

No do not. It would be difficult to prove to the judge if you'll see even worse after the surgery a year later, or it may be in two years. Laser correction only changes the refraction that is changing the focus lens.
Hyperopia will not develop because strong astigmatism transverse(obliques) muscles.
Try to train every day your eyes muscles at least 3-4 months. And closed one side your own glasses with  black material. Like a pirate glasses. If no improvement will notice then your decision.
