The first approach.
1. Dial around. 100 times.
2. Up and down. 100times.
3. Left-right. 100times.
4. An unique exercise the right side 100times.
5. An unique exercise the left side 100times.
6. Ciliary muscles train 100times.
The second approach after 2-3 minutes.
1. Dial around in another direction. 100 times.
2. Up and down. 100times.
3. Left-right. 100times.
4. An unique exercise the right side 100times.
5. An unique exercise the left side 100times.
6. Ciliary muscles train 100times.
At the end of the 3-4 approach make the diagonal.
1.Diagonal in one side. 100times.
2. Diagonal in another side. 100times.
If possible, at the end drip propolis to the eyes.

Do exercises twice or once in a day. If eyes ache will appear relax 2-3day but wear pirate glasses.
